Hey all, I'm currently raising money for Caudwell Children, I'll be doing the Nantwich 10k for them. As you've all seen I don't have a stereotypical runners body, so training has been tough. If anyone of you can donate to this worthy cause it would be greatly appreciated. For those who don't know what Caudwell Children do, they help support families of children with autistic and other mental and physical disabilities get things that can make that child's life easier and more manageable.
